This Service is currently available in Maryland in the cities of Rockville, Bethesda, Potomac, Chevy Chase and Kensington Only. 

To be delivered in other cities, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery is available Monday through Saturday.

Ordering

- Place your orders through the website

- Please place your delivery orders at least 24 hours in advance before delivery time. For peak seasons like Mother¿s Day or Christmas, it is advisable to place your orders as early as possible.

- We reserves the right to accept or reject any orders, including request for specific timing.

Prices and Payment

- Payment must be made in full upon ordering. Only Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal will be accepted.

Cancellation or Amendments

- No cancellation or amendments are allowed 1 day before delivery date.

- Cancellation charges 
  A 50% cancellation charge will be imposed if request for cancellation is submitted 2 days from date of delivery.

- All amendment requests must be submitted at least 2 days before date of delivery.

Delivery and Acceptance

- Delivery service is available daily. The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed but We will endeavour to deliver within the selected delivery timing.

 Choice of Delivery timings :    Morning (8am - 12am)   or      Afternoon  (3pm - 7pm)

- In the event that there is no one at home/office to receive the cold products (pastries), the products will be resend at the customer's costs of two (2) dollars. For others deliveries, we will ring/knoc on the door and drop off the product at your door.

- While We endeavours to fulfil all deliveries, We shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

- We reserves the right to change the delivery timing

- Delivery fee : 2$ for an order up to $30 

                     1$ for an order beyond $30
